Our one-hour sessions cover ball handling, shooting, defense, conditioning, and scrimmaging, all designed to boost your abilities on the court. With a focus on holistic improvement, your child will see significant progress in their game through our comprehensive training program. Join us and take your basketball skills to the next level with Q-Time Basketball. This all girls 6th to 9th grade class meets on Tuesdays, from 7-8pm.
